Check your tow setup

A compatible 2-5/16″ hitch ball, 7-way connection, and working electric trailer brake controller are required. Staff must verify all ratings for the actual loaded trailer before release.

Bring your documents

A valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance, and a valid credit card are required. Review the rental requirements before pickup.

Texas use only

This trailer must remain within Texas. Delivery is available for an additional fee; include the delivery location in your request.

Plan your load before pickup

The listed 12,000 lb GVWR includes the trailer itself and its cargo; it is not the cargo allowance. Staff will confirm actual payload, ramp limits, hitch ratings, and towing compatibility before accepting your reservation.

Tow-vehicle compatibility

A compatible 2-5/16-inch hitch ball, 7-way electrical connection, and working electric trailer brake controller are required. Staff must approve the complete setup for the actual loaded trailer.

Do you have a compatible 2-5/16″ hitch and suitable towing setup? *

Yes
No
Not sure — please help me check

Staff must verify the actual trailer rating, loaded weight, tow vehicle, receiver, ball mount, hitch ball, and other applicable limits. A 15,000 lb hitch rating alone does not establish suitability for every load.

Do you have a working electric trailer brake controller? *

Yes
No
Not sure — please help me check

Tow/Haul mode is not a trailer brake controller. An electrical adapter alone does not add brake control. Contact us for equipment or compatibility help.

3. Protection & equipment

Choose optional protection, towing equipment, straps, or dollies. The mandatory incidental protection fee is separate.

Tire & roadside option *

Optional $25 charge per rental, matching your existing setup. Review service limits before choosing.

Optional rental protection *

Charged per rental day; a four-hour rental counts as one protection day. Review coverage and exclusions in the rental protection plan before choosing.

Need towing equipment, straps, or dollies? *

Optional equipment charges are per rental. Confirm compatibility and availability with staff.

2-5/16″ 15K hitch equipment — staff compatibility review

$15.00

The current rental menu lists 15,000 lb equipment. Staff must confirm the parts supplied and whether all ratings are suitable for this actual trailer and load; selecting it does not approve the towing setup.

4-Way to 7-Way Plug Adapter

$10.00

An adapter alone does not provide electric trailer-brake control. Staff must confirm the full electrical setup.

Brake Controller

$20.00

Confirm compatibility and availability with staff before pickup.
