Pickup Policy
What to know and bring before you arrive to pick up your trailer.
Reservation Confirmation
All rentals must be reserved in advance to guarantee trailer availability.
Required Documents
A valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and the payment method on file are required at pickup.
Pre-Rental Inspection
Customers must complete a pre-rental inspection with our staff to verify trailer condition and note any existing damage.
Towing Vehicle Check
Your vehicle must meet towing capacity and hitch requirements. Safety chains and lighting connections are checked prior to release.
Return Policy
Guidelines for returning your trailer in good standing.
Return Times
Trailers must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional rental fees.
Clean & Empty
Trailers should be returned in the same clean condition they were rented. All personal belongings, cargo, and trash must be removed. Cleaning fees may apply if not returned in proper condition.
Fuel / Propane
If your trailer includes a generator, refrigerator, or propane system, it must be returned at the same fuel level as received, unless prior arrangements are made.
Damage & Inspection
A post-rental inspection will be conducted. Renters are responsible for any new damage, missing parts, or excessive wear beyond normal use.

A Tow-N-Go Trailer Rentals team member must be present at the time of return to inspect and secure the trailer.
Cancellations & No-Shows
48+ Hours Notice
Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.
Within 48 Hours
Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show
No-shows without notice will forfeit the rental deposit.
Late Returns & Extensions
If you need to extend your rental, please contact us before your scheduled return time. Extensions are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. Unapproved late returns may be charged at a higher daily rate.
