Trailer Condition Requirements
Minimum standards include:

Structurally sound frame and tongue

Operational coupler, safety chains, and jack

Functional lights, wiring, and reflectors

Roadworthy tires with sufficient tread and proper load rating

Working brakes (if equipped)

Secure doors, ramps, gates, and latches

Ownership & Documentation Requirements

Trailer owner must provide proof of ownership

Valid title or manufacturer’s certificate of origin (if applicable)
