Trailer Pickup & Returns Policy

Pickup Policy

• Reservation Confirmation – All rentals must be reserved in advance to guarantee trailer availability.

• Required Documents – A valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and the payment method on file are required at pickup.

• Inspection – Customers must complete a pre-rental inspection with our staff to verify trailer condition and note any existing damage.

• Towing Vehicle Requirements – Your vehicle must meet the towing capacity and hitch requirements for the rented trailer. Safety chains and lighting connections will be checked prior to release.

Return Policy

• Return Times – Trailers must be returned by the agreed-upon date and time. Late returns may incur additional rental fees.

• Clean & Empty – Trailers should be returned in the same clean condition they were rented. All personal belongings, cargo, and trash must be removed. Cleaning fees may apply if not returned in proper condition.

• Fuel/Propane (if applicable) – If your trailer includes a generator, refrigerator, or propane system, it must be returned at the same fuel level as received, unless prior arrangements are made.

• Damage & Inspection – A post-rental inspection will be conducted. Renters are responsible for any new damage, missing parts, or excessive wear beyond normal use.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• Reservations canceled more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows without notice will forfeit the rental deposit.
